Acer pseudoplatanus 'Worleii'

Golden Sycamore. Cultivar introduced in late 1800's. Medium sized, deciduous and fully hardy. An interesting tree for the range of colours it can produce over the season. Young leaves in spring open soft, clear yellow, deepening to a glorious, rich gold and finally to dark green in late summer, then reds and yellows in autumn.
