Fully hardy deciduous shrub with stiff bushy upright branches. Provides a stunning show of abundant yellow blossoms in early spring before the leaves have opened. Versatile and suitable for most soils. Prefers full sun but will tolerate partial shade. Easily kept pruned to desired size and shape. Makes a very attractive informal hedge or can be trained against a wall or fence. Max 2m x 2m.
