Fraxinus excelsior 'Westhof's Glorie'

A more refined and uniform clone of the common ash introduced in the 1950's. With darker green foliage than the species form, this large, fast growing deciduous is suitable for park, woodland and avenue planting. Narrow in habit when young, and more broadly oval as it matures, it will thrive in most soil types and is tolerant of pollution and exposed coastal sites. Max 20m.
