Sambucus nigra 'Black Lace'

A very striking and elegant deciduous shrub for the back of the border or an easily maintained lawn specimen for the smaller garden. Very finely cut black lacy foliage with large clusters of tiny light pink flowers in summer, followed by purple berries in autumn. Fully hardy and suitable for most soil types in full sun to produce the best colour. Easily trimmed to desired size and shape or prune hard back in spring to keep as a small shrub. Max 3m x 2m.
